Cancellation Policy
Appointments are reserved intentionally and are often booked several weeks in advance. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is kindly requested for any cancellation or reschedule. This allows time for clients on the cancellation list to adjust their schedules and fill the appointment. While I always do my best to accommodate rescheduling, availability outside of standard behind-the-chair days cannot be guaranteed. A no-show, or failure to notify prior to the appointment time will be noted and may impact the ability to book future appointments without a reservation fee. In the occurrence of a late arrival, services will be adjusted according to the service time remaining and total scheduled service will be charged at checkout.
